Shannon Hoste is the founder and principal engineer of Hoste Consulting, LLC.

Hoste Consulting was founded with the aim of aiding companies in enhancing medical devices, diagnostics, and combination products through human-centered research and strategic support. This involves a range of activities throughout the product lifecycle, including identifying user needs, design-build-test cycles, validation, and post-market surveillance.

Shannon has worked within this industry for 20+ years and served 4 years within the U.S. FDA’s Center of Devices and Radiological Health and Center for Drug Evaluation and Research.
